Presently, he is acting as Business Strategist for Kaam24 and holds complete responsibility for researching & development of new strategies. From research & development of job roles & skill sets to product/services development, from building & guiding designing team to handling all non-technical development issues, he knows what it takes to manage & develop business. Earlier, a partner at ProCrat Consultants LLP and Senior Consultant with Protiviti India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half International Inc (NYSE:RHI).

Mayank has celebrated 5 years of experience in business & operation consulting and is the Operations & Profiling Head for kaam24 where he looks after complete profile creation call center including hiring, training and quality assurance. He also takes care of media planning and seeker acquisition plan. He develops different field strategy and deploys & manages field activity. Earlier, a partner at ProCrat Consultants LLP and Consultant with Protiviti India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half International Inc (NYSE:RHI).

He is accountable for establishing strategic partnerships with clients and customers. From development & execution of sales & marketing strategies, department’s hiring & training to liaison with NGO’s and more, Manav watches over all these activities. Earlier, a partner at ProCrat Consultants LLP and Senior Consultant with Protiviti India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half International Inc (NYSE:RHI).
OUR VISION
We not just aim to bridge the gap between employers and blue/grey collared workers but also organize this informal job sector to a certain level. We envision creating competitive wages for workers, decreasing their migration, protecting workers from all kinds of malpractices and removing them, facilitating new start-ups for blue/grey collared workers and digitalization of their hiring and placement processes.
