Handle invoicing and maintain records of sales and purchase transactions, preparing monthly sales and purchase reports for management.
Ensure efficient coordination between the sales team, service department, and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Manage general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling appointments.
Adhere to the designated working hours from 10:30 am to 8 pm with one day off per week, but working on Saturdays and Sundays will be compulsory.
