Responsibilities: Managing the clients. Engaging clients on a daily basis. Effectively communicating & following up with the clients. Answer all clients inquiries and questions. Understand clients issues(if any) by asking relevant questions and tailoring recommendations accordingly. Maintaining and updating the database with accurate and relevant information. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills in English. * Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Excel. * Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but not mandatory. * Strong interpersonal and client service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. * High level of motivation and self-discipline.
