Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling / voice process / driver hiring / BPO / recruitment. Strong communication skills in Kannada and English. Confident, polite, and persuasive approach while speaking to candidates. Ability to work under targets and manage high call volumes. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or data entry tools.
