• Carry out the day to day operations by coordinating with respective parties/clients • Real Time Tracking from Control Tower • Communicate with the internal management to share the ideas to run operations efficiently • Monitor the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers • Ensure proper checklist are created and adhered in order to ensure smooth functioning of operations • Maintaining and updating the daily tracker • Support the client queries on real time basis • Good understanding of MS Excel ** Should be comfortable in Rotational Shifts
