Job Summary Resolve service problems by clarifying with the customer. Should be able to speak with at least 250 calls with 75 % details captured. Cater to email/Calls queries & ensure to respond in a stipulated period in time. Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria. Should be comfortable to work on weekends.
