Job Description
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence, ability to handle meetings/ calls, data maintaining Organizing meetings and appointments, conferences.Good oral and written communication skills. The ability to be proactive and take the Initiative.Should be able to reconcile all the incoming orders and communicate with different customers.Managing databases and filing systems. Keep a track of the order movements and timely communication of the same. Should be able to work with the backend teams for the smooth dispatch of the orders. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required. Good knowledge of excel / Word / Power point.
