• Discovery of customers to generate database opportunities using secondary research as per client needs. • Making cold calls, intermediate calls, follow up. • Manage, nurture and convert leads into MQL/SQL. • Identify strong potential prospects using creative skills. • Advocating client’s products • Work smoothly with good communication and higher conversion of leads and build happy environment in office. • Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and senior management. • Influencing & pursuing the customer • Building a list of prospect and creating business opportunity for the client • Finally aligning the customer with the client • Sometimes inviting customers to participate in the events sponsored by the client • Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels.
