Being at the front desk, she will be the face of the organisation. Currently, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual with a pleasing personality to serve as the first point of contact for the visitors. The specific responsibilities include: Greet and welcome visitors. Guide visitors to their correct point of contacts based on the requirement. Give clear, concise information in person and over the phone or email. Maintain workplace security by adhering to safety regulations and limiting access at the front desk (watch visitor logbook, issue visitor credentials). Answer the phone and transfer calls to the proper line. Check and organise emails frequently. Assist with the official tasks. Maintain an inventory of the office supplies and make sure it’s always stocked. Update Calendars and schedule meetings Perform additional administrative tasks for a receptionist, such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
