Your goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company s clientele. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer information in the database. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
