• As a support executive you have to handle calls from the complain department, have to help them, guide them. Answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Handling many inbound and outbound calls from customers. Listening to customer needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. Have to mention details in company software or in excel sheet as per instruction. Training will be provided by company.
