Front Desk & Facility Management: Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and provide a warm welcome. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt responses. Maintain a neat and organized front desk and common areas. Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the workspace remains in top condition. Keep track of coworking space bookings, access control, and check-in procedures.
