Manage all aspects of office administration including but not limited to scheduling appointments, maintaining files, ordering office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized office environment. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients receive timely and accurate information about company products and services. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative duties as required. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
