We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Operator to manage and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently using Excel, SAP, and other ERP systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong data management skills, accuracy in billing processes, and familiarity with standard accounting practices.
Generate and process customer invoices using SAP / ERP systems. Maintain accurate records of billing transactions in Excel spreadsheets and databases. Ensure invoices are issued timely and comply with company policies and client contracts. Cross-verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and other supporting documents before billing. Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers or internal teams for payment follow-ups.
