Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and prospects to generate leads and promote our IT digital marketing products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients over the phone, utilizing persuasive selling skills and techniques. Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company. Keep track of customer information and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Continuously update and improve knowledge of products and services, market trends, and competition in the industry.Requirements: Proven track record in tele sales and customer handling skills. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
