The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, following up with potential clients, explaining loan products, and helping customers complete documentation. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan products (personal, business, home loans, etc.). Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients. Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally. Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Support the sales and operations team in the loan processing cycle. Ensure excellent customer service and follow compliance guidelines.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to explain financial products and services. Answer incoming calls from prospective clients to discuss their needs and preferences.
