Job Role: Tele Sales CTC Up-to 3 LPA + INCENTIVES ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop, build, and manage existing and new clients Work with the Marketing Dept to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events Follow up on leads generated through retail stores, research and promotional events Work with suppliers to secure opportunity buys and availability of products Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues Working Days : Alternate Saturdays Off +Sunday Fix Off Shift Timings: A]10 am 07 pm B] 11 am 08pm
PREFERRED SKILLS Should be very dynamic Aggressive in his work and sales approach Needs to have good communication skills Needs to have a flair or some inclination towards sales or counter sales Preference if the candidate has experience of retail counter sales/hospitality etc Needs to be flexible in terms of extended working hours Needs to be a good team player Should be clear in his/her thoughts Needs to be committed & dedicated Needs to have a scalability factor as a future prospect.
