We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draughtsman with a strong background in architectural working drawings and coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, etc.), and communicating effectively with clients and project teams to ensure design intent and construction compliance.
Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality architectural working drawings including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules for submission and construction. Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants for consistency and accuracy. Interpret architectural concepts and convert them into detailed working drawings with adherence to building bye-laws, codes, and design standards. Participate in design coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues. Support the architects in design development and provide practical input for buildability. Ensure drawings are issued on time and kept up to date with changes and revisions. Conduct site visits as required to check compliance and take site measurements. Maintain a systematic and organized CAD/BIM drawing library and follow office CAD standards.
