Roles and Responsibilities- Understand manpower requirements of the organization. End to End recruitment, IT and Non it recruitment Screening resumes and applications. Sending salary slips to all the employees. Handling employee enquiries / inquiries. Training new or existing employees on HR policies and Company profile. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc. Good verbal and written communication. Should know Emails handling, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance and Record Management of personal files etc. .Creating and maintaining MIS reports. The HR Generalist will be responsible for Payroll, Employee Relations and Exit formalities.
