1. Excellent understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, anti-virus, back-ups, systems and firewalls 2. Knowledge regarding at least one of the following vendor products:- MikroTik, Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, Maipu switches etc., 3. Strong knowledge on STP, BPUD Protection, Root protection, VLANs. 4. Knowledge on ZTE, Syrotech, DBC, Otpilink OLT’s etc., 5. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to handle multiple support cases 6. Strong writing skills to maintain organized documentation 7. Customer-oriented, and capable of providing high levels of client satisfaction
8. Collaborate and work well with others 9. Perform and capability of computer systems using diversified tools. 10. Figure out the malfunctioning of hardware, software, and environmental alerts. When a problem is recognized, does the root cause analysis. 11. Work to triage or troubleshoot the issues, within their defined areas. Have to closely follow, include coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other IT teams for a holistic solution. 12. Should be careful while tracking and document all defects and resolutions in detail. 13. Monitoring tools like PRTG, librenms, Cacti etc.,
