• Installing and configuring Computer Hardware, Software, Servers, Networking, Routers, Printers, Home Automation Systems, Surveillance Systems, Wireless Fire Alarm, Access Control Systems, Biometrics, Boom Barrier, etc. • Monitoring and Maintaining Computer systems and networks. • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. • Testing new technology like Home Automation Systems and VDPs. • Possibly training more junior staff members. • Attend to onsite call. • Conduct on-site repairs, Complete written report.
