High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science. • Fresher, (0-1 year) Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician. • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals. • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues. • Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Good written and verbal communication skill. • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners. • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. • Customer-oriented attitude. • Male Candidates preferred. • Two-Wheeler Must.
