Good in calculations and excel - should be able to maintain and calculate everything in the kitchen, prepare month end reports, balance sheets etc. - Ensure all orders correctly sent and delivered to customers - To be an active participant in all company marketing promotions/food festivals - can setup campaigns, trials, reach out for collaboration with other partners
