Record Maintenance: • Maintain and update records related to background verification processes. • Assist in the organization and archiving of documents for easy retrieval. Candidate Communication: • Initiate and conduct phone interviews with candidates to gather necessary information for background verification. • Clearly communicate the purpose and process of the background check, addressing any concerns or questions the candidate may have.
