Tasks Include Managing and tracking parcels dispatched and communicating to the rest of the team. Regularly updating status of dispatches and communicating with customers. Ability to solve disputed with the couriers is a Plus Taking care of admin related responsibilities Attend Sales called, follow up with them and execute orders using tally and google sheets
