Business development related activities ? Assist the site visits of prospective clients referred by Business development team or coming through direct enquiries. ? Support and meet the occupancy rates targeted by the sales team. ? Engage with the local community and vendors to help generate potential leads. ? Handle walk in clients ? Courtesy interactions with the clients and users.
Service related Activities ? Monitor the operations of centre s in the assigned city/region (Visit all centre s at least a week proactively) ? 1st level support for clients for operations related issues from centres (Power, Internet, Facilities, Housekeeping)- Listen to the problems, attend it by physically visiting the centre, if needed and solve if possible by taking the remote help of the vendors or subject experts ? Resolve the issues by contacting the respective vendors and constant follow ups ? During the visits, monitor the housekeeping works and hygiene of the centres ? Landlord/Property partner/Property SPOC interactions - Report the problems pertaining to the building with them and follow up till resolution ? Utility bills collection and forward the same to Ops Manager ? Report the issues and resolution status to the central customer support team ? Send the DAR (Daily Activity Report) to Ops Manager ? Attend the weekly Ops Sales Review and represent the City/Region assigned
