The role requires a strong passion for sportswear, footwear, activewear, and lifestyle fashion. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable products based on their needs and preferences. Promote and upsell latest collections and offers in sportswear, footwear, and lifestyle accessories. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Product Knowledge Stay updated with new arrivals, brand features, and technical details (e.G., material, fit, performance). Educate customers on product benefits such as comfort, performance, and sustainability. Store Operations Ensure stock is well displayed and replenished as needed. Handle billing, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
