Your deployed HSE officers/consultants will: 1. Ensure Site Safety • Inspect sites to identify hazards and maintain a safe environment. • Maintain HSE Management System (HSE-MS). 2. Monitor & Audit • Audit vehicles, tools, equipment, documents, and work areas. • Ensure permits, licenses, risk assessments (HIRA), impact assessments, checklists, etc., are in place. 3. Review Subcontractors • Approve and monitor subcontractor HSE plans and documentation. 4. Incident Handling • Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental damages. • Submit reports and propose corrective actions. 5. Compliance Enforcement • Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factories Act, ISO 45001, and environmental regulations. • Follow “Code of Conduct”. • Maintain documentation and impose penalties for violations. 6. Training & Emergency Preparedness • Conduct safety training and toolbox talks. • Ensure drills and emergency exercises are conducted. 7. General Duties • Ensure safety of all workers
