Taking the proper feedback form the client and helping the operations team in service up-gradation Lead & Supervise Real Estate Sales Team and stay informed about the latest changes in the industry. Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and social media platforms. Understanding the requirements of the clients and arranging the site visits for Closures. Developing sales strategies and visualising the set targets till the accomplishment. Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organise culture.
Requirements: Educational Qualification: MBA Good communication, presentation and networking Skills to enhance customer base. Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability. Own vehicle mandatory (Car/Bike).
