We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving sales engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling our products and technical solutions for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance to senior executives. You will be responsible for selling to new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.
Key responsibilities: 1. Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products and travelling to visit potential clients. 2. Administering client accounts and establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. 3. Successfully matching customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions. Persuading clients that our products or services will best satisfy their needs. 4. Coordinating sales projects, calculating client quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms 5. Negotiating and closing sales, analysing costs and sales, Preparing reports 6. Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. 7. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. 9. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. 10. Solving client problems, providing training and producing support material. 11. Collecting and document competitive intelligence.
