O Achieve month-wise sales objectives in his/her area– Overall Volume Target, Range Selling Target, reach and depth of Distribution target. O Collection in line with credit terms offered by DB o Make World Class Sales Calls using prescribed sales tools/ processes at Fixed Day Fixed Time (FDFT) on all customers, thereby ensuring predictable & guaranteed service to them o Ensure that any commitments made are delivered/ actioned by the next FDFT visit o Responsible for growing the customer base (Retail) by ensuring full coverage of designated market beats.
