As an Inbound Telecalling Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide information about products or services, take orders, and process returns as necessary. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate information to customers. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
