Should up-sale our products, receive incoming telephone calls and assist with customer inquiries. Should maintain a record of the Lead and Data. Should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints. Should be persuasive and able to work in pressure environment. Should be able to follow sales scripts. Should demonstrate good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
