Install, maintain, and repair CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems. Perform routine maintenance on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems. Perform system inspections, service call, and programming, and on – call for emergency service duties as experience permits. Work with customers to ensure their CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems are installed and functioning properly. Install and configure the hardware and software related issues. Keep accurate records of all work performed on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems. Work with the sales team to provide technical support and advice on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems installations. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Provide operational training to end-users.
Minimum 2-3 year of experience in Fire Alarm System, CCTV, access control, PA System. ITI or Diploma or certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems and related hardware and software. Knowledge of IP-based CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems is a plus Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiar with NFPA codes and standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required. Must have a valid driver s license and own transportation. Candidate is ready to field work, must have Bike.
