Job Title: BFSI Facilitator Location: Pan India Educational Qualification: - Candidate must hold a minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution. Experience in the BFSI Sector: - Must have experience working in the BFSI sector, preferably in sales or training roles. Sales Background: - Experience in sales is mandatory for this role. Overall Experience in Sales and Training: - Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Sales and Training, with a strong understanding of the BFSI sector. Presentation Skills: - Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with clients. Age Limits: - Age should not exceed 45 years. Training Delivery Experience: - Previous experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or seminars is required. Training-Related Certification: - Holding relevant certifications in training will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions
