Full Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: ???? Calling existing and potential customers to help them buying company products. ???? Accurately recording details of customers’ daily in CRM. ???? Managing customer details by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products. ???? Developing and sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. ???? Using sales scripts prescribed by the company to drive sales and respond to customer objections. ???? Developing in-depth knowledge of company products to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences. ???? Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. Requirements: ???? Effective communication skills. ???? Proven experience working as Tele sales ???? Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. ???? Exceptional customer service skills. ???? Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
