• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Administration or industry related discipline • Experience in independently handling sales for products of security, fire solutions, communication and / or IT hardware. Candidates with experience in sales of security & or fire solutions will be highly preferred. • 4-6 years of marketing experience with CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access control, boom barrier & ELV & MEP Products
• Should have Experience in PSU & Govt Vertical. • Have a strong understanding of both Sales & Marketing • Strong business acumen, self-starter and result oriented • Technical sales experience/competency – preferably Electronic Security (CCTV/FIRE/ACCESS/PA/INTRUSION), IT Hardware (Experience in System Integration) • Go getter with ability to sell quarterly/monthly (With outstanding Payments collections) • Good written & oral communication skills in English & local language • Ensure Sales & Margin budget achievement on weekly & monthly basis. • Daily 5-6 productive customer meeting/call for lead generation • Have a strong understanding of both Sales & Marketing • Has had experience in creating and executing growth plans • Strong business acumen, self-starter and result oriented • Able to work in a creative manner when formulating concept
