AFINOX P2P Workflow – What Our Backend Operations Team Does: 1. PR (Purchase Request) received from customers via RFQ 2. Validate and categorize parts by product/brand 3. Identify suitable suppliers from our internal database 4. Send RFQs to shortlisted suppliers (via email/platform/WhatsApp) 5. Receive quotations and prepare Quotation Analysis Sheet (QAS) 6. Submit QAS to customers for decision-making 7. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to selected suppliers 8. Track shipments and monitor delivery milestones 9. Maintain order documents (Invoices, AWBs, shipping files) 10. Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams.
