Job Description ? Answering queries & attending calls generated through digital platform. ? Understanding the patient s concern and attending their queries regarding the treatment. ? Data maintenance and regular follow ups. ? Conversion of leads to actual sales that in turn leads to the revenue growth ? Problem solving attributes and patience for patient handling. ? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for connecting with patients. ? Fluency in English & Bengali (for international patients) will be preferred. ? Knowledge of medical insurances (Govt. & Non-Govt.) will be an added advantage.
