  • Female candidate required with excellent communication skills, good command over English speaking and writing for healthcare product manufacturing firm. The candidate should have fair knowledge of product listing on Amazon, Flipkart and other E-commerce marketplace (Indiamart, Justdial etc.). The person should have good knowledge over Order Processing, Refund, Return and Cancellation of orders. Handle the processing of all orders from vendors, dealers, or E-commerce platforms with accuracy and timeliness. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Can Generate Sales Order, Performa invoice and Billing. Billing software knowledge would be preferred.
