Packaging & Shipping: Efficiently and carefully handle the packaging of materials and products. Confirm parcel details with other staff for booking logistics. Stock Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records. Manage stock levels and take measurements as needed. Field Work: Conduct occasional fieldwork, such as delivering samples, procuring raw materials, and coordinating with vendors for printing and sampling work. Coordination: Communicate effectively with senior staff to ensure smooth project execution. Computer Skills: Perform data entry, manage digital files, and assist with other computer-based tasks. Customer Interaction: Understand the product thoroughly to explain it effectively to customers (training will be provided). Attend to customers and conduct Zoom calls with team members. Take professional pictures of products with appropriate backgrounds (training will be provided).
