Job Description of Unit Chef: ?Taking care of food production across the different sections (Indian/Tandoor/Chinese). ?Ensuring roster has been prepared for kitchen’s employees (BOH). ?Planning and controlling – Wastage & Variance. ?Team handling – Briefing, Guiding, Awarding, Motivating & Training. ?Stock Receiving & checking. ?Need to do opening/closing shifts, as per the requirement. ?Evaluation of food - Dishes/Cuisines/meals. ?Maintaining customer satisfaction/guest feedback regarding the food and improvisation if required. ?Should have hands-on experience in Indenting/inventory for the outlet as per the projection/requirement. ?Capable of handling high volume store – 200/500 covers or even more. ?Always ensuring proper cleanliness and hygiene as per the company’s standards – For Audit purpose. ?Should be taking care of the Food cost and it’s planning. ?Maintaining good rapport with other departments to ensure seamless connectivity. ?Proficient in using systems – MS office. ?Sho
