• Sales Executive are a part of the Company s front-line sales team. • Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and customer referrals. • Responsible for achievement of personal sales goals, and proactively guiding the sales activities for the sales team toward achievement of branch goals.• They will be required to take part in offsite marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly. • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
Requirements: • Graduates / Postgraduate can apply. • Male & Female candidates may apply. • Experience candidates from Banking/ Finance/Digital Payment Services & Insurance Industry. • 1-3 years of sales experience • Experience in team handling would be an added advantage • candidates with experience from space selling, directory sales, yellow pages may apply. • Good understanding of customer profiles, markets, and products and good networking skills. • Willing to travel as per business requirements. • Sales Driven, detail orientated process discipline, and good organizational discipline.
