We are looking for a showroom sales associate for our Pune display centre. Following will be the major job responsibilities of showroom sales associate: ? Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide them with a warm welcome. ? Assist customers in understanding the features and specifications of various products on display. ? Listen to customers requirements and preferences to recommend suitable products. ? Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of different options to customers. ? Provide information about pricing, discounts, and promotions accurately and transparently. ? Prepare and deliver quotations to customers based on their requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. ? Follow up with customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to ensure they have received and understood the quotations.

Responsibilities: Managing the clients. Engaging clients on a daily basis. Effectively communicating & following up with the clients. Answer all clients inquiries and questions. Understand clients issues(if any) by asking relevant questions and tailoring recommendations accordingly. Maintaining and updating the database with accurate and relevant information. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills in English. * Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Excel. * Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but not mandatory. * Strong interpersonal and client service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. * High level of motivation and self-discipline.
